Our Puppies
|
At SandCastle Cavaliers, we strive to do only selective breedings that will enhance our breeding program that closely follows the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Standard. We are members in good standing of the Cavalier Parent Club, American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club and our regional club, Cavaliers of Puget Sound. All codes of ethic, ethical breeding practices and conduct are strictly adhered to as established by these clubs.

We are striving to only do breedings that will contribute to healthy, soundly structured, beautiful Cavaliers with wonderful temperaments. All of our Cavaliers are annually tested by Certified Canine Cardiologists and Certified Canine Ophthalmologists, along with general health testing.
Our puppies at SandCastle Cavaliers are hand raised as all of our Cavaliers live in our home as family members, with emphasis placed on socialization. Each puppy will have had their health clearances by our veterinarian and will be up to date on all vaccinations and wormings before being placed.

A notebook of the puppy’s AKC limited registration papers, health records, pedigree, parents’ health clearances & DNA, and information on feeding, grooming, crate training and housebreaking will accompany each puppy to their new home.
SandCastle Cavalier puppies are placed in their new homes with a limited guarantee and a spay/neuter contract. SandCastle puppies are sold as companion pets, and are not eligible for breeding or AKC conformation events. These puppies are eligible to compete in AKC obedience, rally and agility events.

As Cavalier puppies mature more slowly, they are not ready to go to their new homes before 10-12 weeks of age. Please contact us at anytime for information on Cavaliers or the availability of puppies. You can also visit our blog for information about new litters and other current happenings at SandCastle.
